Main House 

The villa features a guest WC and an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a fireplace, opening onto multiple terraces ideal for outdoor dining, along with a shaded chill out space with a daybed, while a covered terrace offers a spacious thatched outdoor living room complete with its own fireplace.

Cabana 1

• Bedroom 1: Twin or double bedroom with two 0.90m × 2m beds, en-suite shower room with walk-in rain shower
• Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with 1.60m × 2m bed, en-suite shower room with walk-in rain shower
  The two bedrooms are connected via the bathroom, making this cabana particularly suitable for families with young children.

• Bedroom 4 (Master): Master bedroom with 1.80m × 2m bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, handheld and rain shower, outdoor shower, access to a shaded chill-out area and a private roof terrace

Outside

The landscaped gardens of Villa Santa Luzia are filled with fragrant, colourful planting and connected by wooden decked pathways that link the three distinctive Comporta style buildings. Multiple terraces create inviting spaces for outdoor dining, relaxing, and socialising, complemented by BBQ facilities and outdoor fireplaces.

At the heart of the garden lies a private 13m × 4m heated swimming pool (1.5m depth) with Roman steps and an electric cover, surrounded by a generous sun deck with a built in outdoor sofa. A spacious thatched outdoor living room with a fireplace offers a shaded retreat, while a gently trickling fountain adds to the villa’s peaceful ambience. As evening falls, the flood lit gardens create a beautifully atmospheric setting.

Bicycles are available for guests to explore the surrounding countryside or cycle to the nearby beach, and horse riding can be arranged locally at Cavalos na Areia.
