The lower level of Villa Valoria welcomes you into a generously proportioned open plan living and dining area, featuring a cosy fireplace and television for relaxed evenings. The fully equipped modern kitchen provides everything needed for self catering, with convenient staff access to the exterior areas. A guest WC completes the main living floor.

The garden level also houses a fantastic games room with its own shower room and WC, perfect for entertaining guests of all ages. Outside, you'll find a poolside barbecue area and alfresco dining space, along with a fully equipped laundry room for longer stays.

The villa is set within extensive landscaped grounds featuring spacious lawn areas perfect for children's games and outdoor relaxation. The private heated swimming pool measures 9m × 3.40m with a depth ranging from 1.10m to 1.40m and convenient Roman steps for easy access. The dedicated sunbathing area surrounding the pool is equipped with comfortable loungers.

Multiple outdoor dining areas allow you to enjoy alfresco meals throughout the day, complemented by a built in barbecue for traditional Portuguese grilling. Private parking is provided for guests. Please note there are some terraced levels within the grounds, so supervision of young children is advised.
