Overview

Villa Aquarius is a contemporary and stylish villa designed to maximise light and space, with large double-glazed windows and an open-plan layout creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout. The landscaped garden offers a blend of sunny and shaded areas, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing by the pool or Jacuzzi. For added security, the villa is equipped with an alarm system covering both the interior and exterior.

Ideally located just a short distance from Vilamoura beach and the marina, guests can enjoy a wide selection of waterfront restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The surrounding area also offers a variety of activities including watersports, boat trips, cycling and walking trails, as well as excellent golf courses.

Accommodation

Villa Aquarius is arranged across multiple levels, offering spacious and well-equipped living areas.

On the ground floor, an inviting entrance hall leads into a large open-plan living space featuring a Smart TV with Netflix, comfortable seating, a games table, and a mini-bar with fridge-freezer. The dining area connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, complete with modern appliances and direct access to the garden. A guest WC is also located on this level.

The lower ground floor includes an additional games room with TV, sofa, and a mini bar/kitchenette, creating a relaxed entertainment space for guests.

A rooftop terrace provides an additional space to unwind, overlooking the pool and furnished with sun loungers, seating, and a suspended swing.

Bedrooms

Villa Aquarius features five spacious ensuite bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, blackout systems, and modern shower rooms:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Double bed, built-in wardrobe, ensuite shower room, and access to the pool area

Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Double bed, built-in wardrobe, ensuite shower room, and access to the pool area

Bedroom 4 (Lower Ground Floor): Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and ensuite shower room

Bedroom 5 (Lower Ground Floor): Double bed, fitted wardrobes, and ensuite shower room

An additional twin bedroom with ensuite shower room is available on request for two extra guests.

Outside

The outdoor areas at Villa Aquarius are designed for both relaxation and entertainment.

A private, heatable saltwater swimming pool with Roman steps is complemented by a poolside shower, sun loungers, and a fun waterfall feature. A Jacuzzi adds to the sense of luxury.

The covered patio includes comfortable sofas, a dining table for up to 10 guests, and a charcoal BBQ—ideal for al fresco meals. Additional lounge furniture is set within beautifully landscaped gardens featuring lawn areas, mature plants, and hedgerows.

The property is gated and offers private parking for added convenience and security.
