The generous living room is divided into 3 distinct areas: a cosy lounge with comfortable sofas, chairs, television, and fireplace for cooler evenings; a second seating area with stunning views overlooking the pool for more relaxed moments; and a dedicated dining space ideal for shared family meals. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located next to the dining area and barbecue facilities, making meal preparation simple and sociable, while a separate laundry room adds practicality to your holiday. A guest WC is also available on the ground floor for added convenience.

Villa Alvaro features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, ensuring privacy and space for everyone in your group. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests across well appointed sleeping areas.

On the ground floor, there is a unique en suite bedroom split into 2 separate sleeping areas, each with 2 single beds and a shared shower bathroom, perfect for children or flexible sleeping arrangements.

Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed and a private en suite bathroom with bathtub. Two additional twin bedrooms on this floor, each with 2 single beds, share a well appointed bathroom with bathtub.

The basement offers a 5th twin bedroom with 2 single beds and its own private shower bathroom, providing extra privacy for guests.
