Overview

Solar do Coutar is an attractive and spacious four-bedroom villa arranged over two levels, ideally located close to all amenities in the prestigious Vila Sol resort. Recently refurbished to a very good standard, the villa is comfortably furnished throughout and fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and the living and dining areas.

The property features a private heatable swimming pool (available for a weekly supplement) and is situated close to the renowned Vila Sol Golf Course, one of the finest in Portugal.

Accommodation

The villa offers bright and generous living spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-plan living and dining area is light-filled and spacious, with patio doors opening directly onto the terrace and pool area. Facilities include air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, and is complemented by a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

A ground-floor cloakroom adds further convenience, while an additional exterior shower room is located beside the pool.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a lovely terrace with a comfortable seating area and pleasant views.

Outside

Outside, the private swimming pool, measuring approximately 8m x 4m, features stepped access and can be heated for an additional weekly supplement, with a pool cover provided to help retain warmth overnight. The pool ranges from 0.80m at the shallow end to 2.00m at the deep end and is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with eight sun loungers, a breakfast table and chairs, a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining, as well as a convenient poolside WC and shower room.

The upstairs terrace provides a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Beaches are just five minutes away by car, while the marina of Vilamoura, Quarteira promenade, restaurants, bars, shops and leisure facilities are all within a short drive. Browns Sports Resort, offering full gym and sports facilities, is only 5–10 minutes away.
