Overview

Quinta Azul is a modern Premier 3 bedroom villa located in the heart of Vila Sol, part of the central Algarve, Portugal.

The main living /dining area of the property has French doors leading to the garden terraces.

The outside of the villa has a number of shaded areas with comfortable outside furniture and dining table and chairs. There is a BBQ area with traditional barbecue. The garden is mainly laid to lawn, and is totally enclosed making it ideal for children to play in.

Close by is the superb 27 hole (3x9) golf course (which has hosted the Portuguese open on a number of occasions), tennis courts and a Health Spa offering a choice of therapeutic programmes. In the new Vila Sol five star hotel clients can use the hotel bars and restaurants. Additionally, the retail area at Vila Sol is now open, and includes a supermarket, restaurants, an English style pub, and other shopping.

The famous Vilamoura resort is only a five-minute drive from Paragon and offers a choice of five golf courses plus all the amenities, bars and restaurants available at the Vilamoura Marina complex.

For clients that wish to sample life on the beach, the beaches at Vilamoura are about a 10-minute drive and slightly further afield between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago is the Vila Sol beach Club at Praia do Ancao, a long stretch of soft golden sand. The beachfront restaurant serves an enticing selection of freshly caught local seafood and other local specialities, with excellent wines. The beach has gained an EU Blue Flag and guests can take full advantage of some exiting water sports facilities including tuition.

Ground Floor

  • The air-conditioned open-plan lounge and dining area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features a large wooden dining table with seating for six, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV offering a wide range of international cable channels, including English-language options. A DVD player is also provided for additional viewing options, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable living space.
  • The modern kitchen is thoughtfully designed with a sleek central island and three breakfast stools, creating a perfect space for casual dining or socializing. It is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a five-zone electric induction hob, extractor fan, large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetière, Nespresso coffee machine, and an integrated electric oven and grill. The adjacent laundry room adds convenience, featuring a washing machine, dryer, an additional fridge freezer, and an iron with ironing board, ensuring all your practical needs are met.
  • The master suite offers ultimate comfort and convenience, featuring a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room. Patio doors provide direct access to the poolside terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. For families, the suite can accommodate an additional young child with a travel cot or fold-up bed, provided complimentary upon prior confirmation and approval from the owners.
  • Bedroom Two features versatile twin beds that can be converted into a double upon prior request, ensuring flexibility for your stay. The room is equipped with fitted wardrobes, a safe for your valuables, and patio doors that open directly to the pool, blending comfort with convenience.
  • Bedroom Three offers twin beds that can be converted into a double upon prior request, along with fitted wardrobes and patio doors that lead to the garden, creating a serene retreat. Bedrooms One and Two share access to a spacious family bathroom, complete with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub for added convenience.

All prices are per week for the villa only. Villas are booked from 16.00pm on your arrival day (Saturday) to 10:00am on your departure day (the following Saturday). Please note that availability shown is subject to confirmation - please call our reservations team. Tourism Tax Visitors to Portugal are subject to a local tourist tax, detailed as follows: • Cost: €2.00 per person, per night (€1.00 during low season: 1st November - 31st March). • Applicability: Applies to guests aged 16 and over, for the first 5 nights of their stay.
