Overview

Casa Viva is a stunning, contemporary, 6 bedroom villa spread across three levels.

The villa offers private infinity pool (heatable for a weekly supplement), a games room, and uninterrupted views over the 12th fairway of the renowned Vila Sol Golf Course—one of Portugal’s finest. Designed with style and furnished to a high standard, the property ensures both comfort and elegance.

High-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi is included, and air conditioning is available throughout (weekly supplement applies).

Accommodation

The bright, open-plan lounge, dining area, and modern kitchen are seamlessly connected by large patio doors, filling the space with natural light and giving direct access to the pool terrace.

The lounge is furnished with two large sofas, a flat-screen Smart TV with soundbar, air conditioning, and access to English-language channels (BBC, ITV, BT Sports, Sky Sports). Guests can also log into their own streaming services. A secondary seating nook provides a quiet space for reading.

The dining area features a large table for eight, while the fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen includes a breakfast bar with four stools, American-style fridge freezer, integrated oven, grill, microwave, gas hobs, toaster, kettle, blender, and dishwasher. A guest cloakroom is also on this level.

On the lower floor, the utility room houses a washing machine, dryer, extra fridge/freezer, iron, and ironing board. Here you’ll also find the entertainment room—complete with air conditioning, a private bar, wine cooler, Smart TV, comfortable sofas, and a pool table.

Outside

The villa’s exterior is designed for relaxation and fun. The sun-soaked rear terrace is furnished with 12 high-quality sunbeds, parasols, and an outdoor lounge area. Golfers can enjoy the private putting green (putters and balls provided), while food lovers will appreciate the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a large gas BBQ, prep counters, sink, and fridge. The infinity pool (12m x 6m, with steps entry and electric cover) overlooks the golf course and lake.
