Accommodation

Entrance gates lead into traditional cobble stoned driveway with ample parking space. Double doors give access from main entrance hall into spacious well furnished lounge with plasma TV (cable) and DVD. Fireplace fitted with ultra modern gas fire. Double glazed patio doors lead out to covered terrace with cane furniture which in turn looks out onto the beautiful 'cascading' pool (which can be heated for an extra charge, please ask for pricing). The large dining room is directly accessed from both the lounge and the kitchen with dining table to comfortably seat 8. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher and a large American style refrigerator with ice machine. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room just off the kitchen.

There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, one with ensuite bathroom and patio doors to terraced area equipped with dining table and chairs. The second twin bedroom is serviced by a separate shower room. Stone staircase leads up to two further bedrooms both with private terraces overlooking the swimming pool. One twin bedroom (can be made as a double) with ensuite bathroom and dressing area and a wooden carved traditional cot, master double bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, dressing area. 

The main villa has four bedrooms and the Annexe has two twin bedrooms (beds can be made as double prior request), TV, en-suite bathroom and patio door to garden, also seperate bathroom with large walk-in shower, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge/dining room with TV with patio doors to garden. This annex has a separate entrance, is separate from the main property and is tastefully furnished throughout. 

This truly five star property has a magnificent salt water pool with slide and water cascade feature, built in BBQ area equipped with sink, two small refrigerators, mini dishwasher and food preparation area. The large wooden dining table fitted with canvas umbrella and seating 8 makes this an ideal area for dining 'al fresco'.

The lovely long and sandy beach is only a short walking distance away. The restaurants at Julias beach and Vale de Lobo are within 10-15 minutes' walk along the beach and for the golfers, some of the world's best golf are only a short driving distance away: Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean, Quinta do Lago South and North, Laranjal, Sao Lourenco to name just a few.
