Villa Emme is a light and spacious 4 bedroom Premier Villa located on the popular resort of Dunas Douradas, situated in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, in the Central Algarve, Portugal.

The busy town of Almancil is about 7 Kilometres away. Shopping is available at Quinta shopping (Quinta do Lago), and in Almancil, and also at the Vale do Lobo shopping centre. 

For the golfers: Some of the world’s best golf courses are only a short driving distance away: Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean, Quinta do Lago South and North, Laranjal, São Lourenço to name just a few.

Accomodation

This property comprises of an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area and a spacious lounge featuring a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV and DVD Player and has access to the exterior terrace. There are 3 bedrooms located on the ground floor, two of which are en-suite. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and features a spacious bathroom with His and Hers sinks, a walk-in wardrobe and has access to a private terrace boasting views across the garden and development. The exterior provides a beautifully landscaped garden with enough space for the sun loungers, a large heated swimming pool, a BBQ and dining area perfect to enjoy the hot summer evenings.
