Villa Edith is a spacious 5/6 Bedroom Villa in the Heart of Vale do Lobo. Located on a generous 2,200 sq. metre plot in the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort, this comfortably furnished villa offers accommodation for up to 13 guests. The property is fully air conditioned and features a heated swimming pool, making it ideal for year-round stays.

Accommodation

The open-plan lounge and dining area is bright and spacious, with patio doors leading directly to the pool and surrounding terraces. For entertainment, the room is equipped with cable TV.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also internal access to the garage.

There are two full en suite bathrooms, three en suite shower rooms, and one guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor, the master bedroom (bedrooms 1) is elegantly appointed with a super king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, patio doors leading to the sun terrace, a TV, and a large en suite bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a separate shower.

The second bedroom (bedroom 2) can be arranged either as a double bed or two singles and includes a full en suite bathroom.

The third bedroom (bedroom 3) is currently set up as a study with a sofa bed, offering a flexible space for either work or additional guests.

On the lower ground floor, the fourth bedroom (bedroom 4) is furnished with two single beds, one of which includes a pull-out mattress to accommodate a third guest. This room also has patio doors opening to the garden and a full en suite shower room.

The fifth bedroom (bedroom 5) is designed with children in mind, featuring two sets of bunk beds to sleep up to four, garden access via patio doors, and a full en suite shower room.

The sixth bedroom (bedroom 6) can be configured with two single beds or a double and includes a TV with DVD player. Designed as a daytime den for children, it also has patio doors to the garden and a full en suite shower room.

Outside

Outside, the property offers well-maintained lawned areas, surrounding a swimming pool which can be heated at an additional cost.
