Villa Basilio is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom townhouse located in Zone 6 of the prestigious Dunas Douradas resort. Set over two levels, the property offers stylish interiors, comfortable living spaces, and a top terrace with distant sea views. Guests can also enjoy access to the resort’s excellent facilities, including a large Roman-style communal pool, children’s pool, reception, restaurant, pool bar, and mini-market.

Accommodation

The ground floor features a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area, tastefully decorated for a relaxed and welcoming feel. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for a self-catering stay. Additional features include Wi-Fi, cable TV in all rooms, and optional air conditioning (available at an extra cost). Security is available 24/7, and cleaning is provided twice weekly.

Bedrooms

Villa Basilio offers three comfortable en suite bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom that can also serve as a guest room, with direct access to the patio and pool area.
On the first floor, there are two double en suite bedrooms, both opening onto a lovely terrace where guests can enjoy distant sea views.

Outside

The outdoor space includes a sunny pool area ideal for relaxing, complete with sun loungers. A covered terrace provides a shaded dining area with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals, and a mobile BBQ is available. The upper terrace offers an additional peaceful spot to unwind while taking in the views.
