Overview

Nove Alva is a lovely, spacious family holiday villa located in a residential development between the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, part of the central Algarve, Portugal.

Just a few minutes by car from all the local amenities, you can choose whether to stroll along the miles of sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa or make the most of your stay by joining the local gym, playing golf at one of the many fantastic golf courses, playing tennis or taking the children to the theme parks, water sports and horse riding.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with king size bed, opens onto 1st floor Terrace with ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 - with 2 large single beds (share a bathroom with bedroom 3 ) Opens up to pool terrrace
• Bedroom 3 - with 1 Double bed opens up to pool terrace 

Bathrooms:

• En-suites to master bedroom
• Separate bathroom next door to bedroom 2 and 3.
• Visitors WC

Kitchen:

Beautiful modern kitchen, Includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fully equipped for up to six guests.

Utility Room:

Includes washing and tumble dryer machines. Iron and ironing board and clothes hanger.

Living Rooms:

The spacious and comfortable open plan living and dining room lead off from the kitchen areas and entrance hall and through patio doors lead to a very large patio and pool covered terrace with gas BBQ, sofa area and dining area, plus 6 sunbeds. There is cable TV with English channels.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

All linen and towels including separate beach and pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request and extra Cost if wished. Maid service is included two times per week.
