Bedrooms 1 and 2 are double rooms with patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom 3 is a flexible twin room that can be converted to a double bed configuration upon request. These 3 bedrooms share a well appointed family bathroom featuring a large walk in shower, plus there is an additional shower room located along the corridor on this floor.

The entrance level also features a spacious, comfortable lounge with patio doors leading to the pool area, cable TV, DVD player and internet access. The separate dining area flows into the fully equipped kitchen complete with American style fridge freezer, breakfast bar and door accessing the patio. A laundry area is conveniently situated near the kitchen, and there is a guest cloakroom on this floor.
