The ground floor features a generous lounge and dining area complete with wood burning stove and Hi-Fi system, with patio doors providing direct access to the pool terrace. A separate TV lounge offers cable television, DVD player, video entertainment, and complimentary Wi-Fi, also opening directly onto the outdoor terraces and swimming pool area.

The modern, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, sandwich maker, and coffee machine to meet all your self catering needs. A dedicated utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Housekeeping services are included, with maid service provided 3 times per week. Fresh towels are supplied twice weekly and bed linen is changed once weekly, with additional changes available on request.

The exterior of Casa Dourada has been designed to maximise enjoyment of the Algarve climate. The villa boasts extensive sun terraces surrounding a private heated swimming pool measuring approximately 8m x 4m. Pool heating is available as an optional extra for year round swimming comfort.

The private garden provides ample space for outdoor relaxation, while the built in charcoal BBQ is perfect for alfresco dining. Multiple terrace areas offer sunny and shaded spots throughout the day.

Please note that the pool features a natural rock formation at the deep end. Adult supervision of children is essential at all times around the pool area.
