The lower ground floor provides a versatile open-plan area filled with natural light, featuring a seating area and TV—ideal for relaxation or entertainment. This level also includes a utility and laundry room, as well as a shower room.

A rooftop terrace adds an additional space for unwinding, with comfortable seating and sunbathing areas.

Casa Atigo features four well-appointed bedrooms arranged across two floors:
