The main villa features elegant living spaces including a library with distinctive arches and a wood fire that opens onto the enclosed patio and garden terrace. The spacious dining area seats 12 guests and leads to the front and west garden terraces, whilst the living area boasts an open Moorish-style handcrafted wood fire with direct access to the front garden terrace.

All rooms throughout this Tavira villa are equipped with ceiling fans, and innovative underfloor cooling provides a comfortable temperature without cold drafts, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a cool summer church whilst avoiding traditional air conditioning.

Bedroom 5: King size bedroom with a large private terrace featuring an exterior staircase leading to the garden and pool. The full bathroom enjoys sea views and its own private terrace.

Guest House

Bedroom 6: The independent guest house comprises 2 en suite twin bedrooms with sea views, opening onto a private terrace area in the garden, plus a fully equipped kitchen. Both the main house and guest house are part of a single building but operate as completely independent units.

The fully equipped kitchen features a central island with an incorporated bar separating the kitchen from the dining area. Amenities include a large oven, combined microwave, Teppenyaki, 5 burner gas hob, 2 sinks, fridge, and discreetly placed TV.

Adjacent to the main kitchen, the service kitchen houses an American fridge and additional sink. The laundry room, accessed via the service kitchen, is equipped with a washing machine, tumbler, sink, and ironing set, with access to an outdoor drying patio.

Outdoor Spaces and Pool

The entrance features a beautiful Moorish-style patio with an adjoining outdoor space centred around an olive tree.

Expansive olive gardens surround a spacious saltwater swimming pool measuring 6m by 13m, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the island and mountains. The pool is equipped with an integrated electrically operated cover that efficiently heats the water when closed. Adjacent to the pool, amongst the olive garden, there is a bathroom and outdoor shower.

Al Fresco Dining and Entertainment

Covered and uncovered terraces, an enclosed patio, and a fully equipped summer kitchen are nestled amongst the olive gardens. The roofed summer kitchen includes a barbecue area with a large gas grill, wood carbon grill, pizza oven, dishwasher, fridge, sink, and a convivial food preparation zone. There is also a designated Boccia/Petanque sand area for outdoor games.

Atop the house, a spacious panoramic terrace offers stunning views across the Algarve landscape. The separate guest house boasts a garden terrace with sea views.
