Two cream sofas and footstools provide comfortable seating, whilst the large wall unit houses a flat screen TV with extensive cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own login passwords to enjoy Netflix). A feature fireplace adds ambience during cooler winter months. Two sets of patio doors flood the space with natural light and provide direct access to the terrace and pool area. The dining space seats 6 guests comfortably and includes an additional patio door to the outdoor areas. Air conditioning units on each side ensure year round comfort.

Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen

The contemporary white kitchen is accessible from both the dining area and entrance corridor. Fully equipped with premium Bosch appliances including an electric oven, gas hob with extractor, and dishwasher, plus a Nespresso Delonghi coffee machine, toaster, juicer, hand blender and fridge. Additional freezers are conveniently located outside by the BBQ and in the utility room. A patio door opens directly to the outdoor BBQ area for seamless indoor outdoor entertaining.

Bedroom 3 (Master Suite): A luxurious master bedroom with king size bed, desk, storage unit, two walk in wardrobe sections and a large ensuite bathroom featuring separate bathtub and walk in shower. The highlight is the extensive private terrace running the length of the house, offering stunning pool and garden views and providing an ideal sun trap.

Bedroom 4: King size bedroom with bedside units, ensuite bathroom with both walk in bath and separate walk in shower, plus a private terrace overlooking the front of the property.

Outdoor Living and Heated Pool

The villa's south facing outdoor space has been recently renovated and features a magnificent 10x5m swimming pool with optional heating, surrounded by mature shrubbery for privacy. The expansive terrace includes an outdoor dining area with a Hergom gas BBQ, sink, freezer, and solid marble dining table seating 6 guests. Wicker sofa seating and sun loungers complete the outdoor entertaining space. At the front of the property, a large calçada driveway provides parking for 3 cars, framed by tall palm trees and beautiful bougainvillea.

The utility room houses a washing machine/dryer, sink, water tank, additional freezer, microwave and clothes airer. The entire villa benefits from underfloor heating throughout, ensuring comfort during cooler months.
