Patio doors from the kitchen provide access to the front of the property, whilst a small decorative fireplace creates a focal point visible throughout the room. The TV area features comfortable seating with patio doors showcasing views of the pool and gardens. Beyond this space, the welcoming living room provides sofa seating for 8 guests, complete with a large TV offering IPTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. Additional patio doors connect to both the front garden and pool area.
