Villa Sephora


On entry to Villa Sephora, an entrance hall leads you into the spacious open plan living, dining and TV area. A dining area to the right will seat 6 and boasts a glamourous light feature. A fully equipped kitchen containing all essentials needed to make you feel like a budding chef includes a microwave, oven, 6 hob burner, toaster, kettle, blender, filter coffee machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The kitchen section of the spacious room has a patio door that takes you to the front area of the house. The shared space between the kitchen/dining area has a small decorative fireplace that you can view from all areas of this room. Here you have a TV area with seating.

To the side of the TV area you will find patio doors that show you the grounds and pool at the back of the property. If you continue through this room, you come to the welcoming living room. With sofa seating for 8, this room will certainly give you a home away from home feel. This living area has a large TV with IPTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and You Tube.

Patio doors give access to the front of the house and to the garden and pool area.

At the main entry of the house, you have a W/C on your left and two bedrooms on your right.

Bedrooms – Ground floor

Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom with a plush headboard, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Both bedrooms have patio doors taking you out to the landscaped garden.

Next to bedroom 2, you have a utility room with washer, dryer, wine fridge and a private area outside for drying clothes.

First Floor

Bedroom 3  - Located to the left side at the top of the stairs. This spacious, bright room has a double bed, plentiful wardrobe space, private terrace with seating and an en-suite with step in shower, bath, bidet and dressing table.

Master Bedroom, bedroom 4 - A delightfully welcoming room with ample space. This room has a large king size bed along with a chaise-lounge. Its clear to see that the light feature is centre of attention in this room, with it sitting centre stage above the bed. This room has both a front and back balcony so you can watch the sin rise and set. The back balcony has sun loungers available. The en-suite for this bedroom has a bath and a pebble bottomed step in shower.

Bedroom 5 - Downstairs at ground level you will be pleasantly surprised to find a separate apartment. When you enter this bright spacious room, you are in the bedroom section with twin beds (can be made as double). The gold effect running through this room certainly gives it a taste of class. Within this space you also have a small sofa for 2 and a TV. The bathroom available has a shower, and you will also find a well-equipped kitchen. This apartment also has its own peaceful section outside the living area patio doors where you can place the available sun loungers. Perfect little hideaway.


Outside at Villa Sephora, you will certainly get the feeling that you are within a tropical jungle, between the tall trees and the variety of bushes, it gives this outdoor space a feel of pure relaxation and tranquillity.

Spread around the 10x5m pool, you have 2 dining tables that sit 6 each, a small sofa area that will seat 4 and 10 sun loungers. At the end of the dining tables, you will find a gas BBQ. Also available is a table tennis for all the family to use.

  • We do require a damage deposit of £3000.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
