Located in the tranquil and prestigious area of Varandas do Lago, this spacious four-bedroom villa is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and relaxation. With a generous layout and a beautifully maintained garden, it offers an ideal setting for enjoying the Algarve lifestyle.

Accommodation

On the ground floor, the villa features a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area. This space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing and includes a pool table for added enjoyment. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and also opens directly onto the garden, making outdoor dining and entertaining easy and convenient.

Also on the ground floor is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outside area. A separate laundry area with a washing machine is located in the garage, accessible via a door from the kitchen.

Upstairs, you’ll find three further bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of these are spacious double rooms, one of which features a private terrace overlooking the pool. The third is a twin bedroom, making it ideal for children or guests.

The villa includes maid service three times a week. Towels and bed linen are provided, with towels changed twice a week and bed linen changed once a week for stays of seven days or more. Additional changes can be arranged upon request.

Outside

Outside, the villa boasts a beautifully maintained garden with a private swimming pool. The pool can be heated for an additional charge per week. There is also a grassed area with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying peaceful afternoons.

Amenities include a pool table, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and a terrace for outdoor dining or lounging.
