Villa Marisa is a stunning and spacious five-bedroom villa situated in the prestigious Parque Atlântico area in Quinta do Lago resort, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beautiful natural park Ria Formosa. Accommodation

Located on the ground floor of the property is the bright and gorgeous living room with bar area and large windows to the exterior. If you enjoy cooking, the fantastic open plan kitchen and dining room will amaze you. This area is very well equipped with wine fridge, triple cook top (electric hob, gas hob and Teppan Yaki grill), microwave, oven, steam-oven and in-built coffee machine. On this level you will also find a utility room with an extra fridge, an office/snug room with sofa-bed (which can only be used upon request), a TV room, a guest cloakroom and two beautiful bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can be prepared as a double or twin and it has an en-suite bath and shower room and access to the swimming pool area. The other bedroom has a double bed and a separate private shower room.

On the first floor we can find 3 further bedrooms. The spacious master suite has a double bed, two different dressing areas and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is another en-suite double bedroom with bath and shower. This suite and the master bedroom share a large terrace and lounging area with great views to the beautifully landscaped garden, the golf course and the swimming pool. There is another TV/snug room on this floor, which also has direct access to the terrace. The last bedroom is a double en-suite bedroom with a large shower room. Still on this level we can find an elegant office. The spacious lower level comprises of a fabulous home cinema with recliner chairs and bean bags, a gamesroom with snooker table, bar, steam room and a small gym area.

Outside

The magnificent exterior of Villa Marisa features a large private free style swimming pool with a slide to a plunge pool and cascade, a jacuzzi and a paddle court. There is also a beautiful “al-fresco” dining area, an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and fridge and numerous shaded lounging areas overlooking the golf course where you can relax and rest during the warm summer days.
