Villa Eldoria is a magnificent, brand-new four-bedroom villa offering breathtaking sea views and accommodation for up to 10 guests. Nestled in a residential area on the outskirts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, the property is just a short distance from some of the region’s most beautiful beaches.

Designed with both comfort and style in mind, the villa combines high-quality interiors, elegant décor, and modern technology to create a truly exceptional holiday home. Soft pastel tones run throughout, blending Tuscan-inspired sophistication with subtle coastal accents. Set within a secluded, gated plot, Villa Eldoria ensures complete privacy and security, with ample parking for up to five cars.

Accommodation

The villa is thoughtfully laid out across two floors, offering spacious living areas ideal for families and groups of friends.

On the ground floor, guests will find a bright and welcoming living room with high-quality furnishings, a large TV, an L-shaped sofa, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances such as two fridges, a Falcon stove, induction hob, SMEG toaster and coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, and more. A cozy reading corner and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers add extra convenience.

All ground-floor rooms enjoy direct access to the patio, pool, and outdoor relaxation areas, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The first floor is dedicated to relaxation and views, featuring a luxurious master suite complete with an en-suite bathroom, double basins, separate shower, modern bathtub overlooking the pool, walk-in closets, and a private terrace with seating and panoramic sea views.

Bedrooms

Villa Eldoria comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms.

The master suite occupies the first floor, offering privacy, generous space, and stunning views. On the ground floor, there are three additional bedrooms, including two double rooms that share a bathroom, and one en-suite family room featuring a double bed and two single beds—ideal for families.

All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and have direct access to outdoor areas, with views overlooking the pool and surrounding landscape.

Outside

The outdoor spaces at Villa Eldoria are designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The property features multiple private seating and dining areas, some intentionally tucked away to create a sense of discovery upon arrival.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with sink, dishwasher, BBQ, burners, pizza oven, two fridges, and an ice maker, alongside a spacious dining area with electric blinds. The pool area includes a large main pool and a shallow children’s pool, surrounded by sunbeds and shaded lounging spots, with optional heating available.

An outdoor pool bar offers additional space for socializing, complete with seating, firepit, sink, dishwasher, ice maker, and fridges. For wellness, there is a spacious outdoor sauna with two zones and tranquil views.

The grounds also feature a vegetable garden, football pitch, and tennis/padel court, ensuring entertainment for all ages. A separate annex near the football pitch provides a private, beautifully decorated space for quiet relaxation.
