Villa Eda is a luxurious and majestic 5 bedroom Premier Villa located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, part of the central Algarve, Portugal. Close distance to the lake, beach and golf, Villa Eda offers everything you will need for a 5* luxury Algarve holiday.

Accommodation

Living Areas: Grand entrance hall with spiral staircase leading to the first floor. Spacious living area with fireplace which opens up to sitting area and open plan dining room. Separate TV & office room, consisting of a large flat screen TV with a wide range of satellite channels and a blu-ray DVD player.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with eating area. Appliances include an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, gas hobs, oven, juicer and sandwich toaster. Breakfast table for eight people.

Utility Room: Clothes Dryer,Washing Machine

Other: On the lower level of Villa Eda is the games room, complete with table football and pool table and TV with DVD player.

• Bedroom 1 – Master suite with double bed on the 1st floor, with en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with private terrace on the 1st floor, with en suite bathroom

• Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom on the ground floor, with en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 5 – Twin bedroom with doors to the terrace on the ground floor. En suite bathroom

Outside Space: Terrace with lovely shaded areas with comfortable seating, and a covered dining area with charcoal and gas BBQs. The swimming pool measures approximately 15 x 6 metres. Spacious landscaped gardens with Gazebo area. Please note that there is an unfenced fish pond in the grounds.

Cleaning/Towels/linen/Maid service: All linen and towels including separate beach and pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request . Maid service is included Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.
