Overview

Villa Dinastia is a delightful four bedroom Premier Villa within approximately 25/30 minutes walking distance to the Quinta do Lago beach and the lovely Ria Formosa estuary and nature reserve.

Accommodation

Traditional in style this 4 bedroom villa has a large landscaped garden with lovely pool and covered terraces. This villa has all the bedrooms en suite, air conditioning throughout, cable TV and internet Wifi.

Upon entering the villa to the right you will find the living room, dining room and fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc…, there is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. To the left it has the 2 twin bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, one with shower and other with bath. Both rooms have sliding doors to the garden and pool terrace area. On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms both with bathrooms en suite, one of the rooms has cable TV. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to a balcony with a staircase to access gardens and pool terrace.

Outside

The private pool has an open air shower and is surrounded by terraces with lovely dining area and 2 sofa areas as well as 8 sun loungers. The villa also has a lovely charcoal BBQ area.  All this overlooking the pool.

Location

Villa Dinastia is located in Quinta do Lago which sits on one point of the “Golden Triangle” along with Amancil and Vale do Lobo. It is home to some of the best golf courses in Portugal, making it a popular destination for keen golfers. The villa itself is close to Ria Formosa nature reserve, a wetland of international importance stretching some 60km along the Algarvian coastline.
