The ground floor features a very large living room divided into 3 distinct sections: a cosy seating area with chairs next to the fireplace, comfortable sofas for 8 guests around a coffee table, and up a couple of steps, a TV area with flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system. Doors lead directly out to the pool terrace.

The separate dining room has a table with seating for 10 guests, whilst the very well equipped kitchen and breakfast room includes 2 microwaves, double width oven, 6 gas hobs and a built in espresso machine for your morning coffee.

Bedroom 6: A separate 1 bedroom annex accessed from the garden with patio doors leading to the terrace. This annex includes an en suite bathroom, providing additional privacy for guests.

The large heated swimming pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area, with a jacuzzi positioned above featuring a cascade slide into the pool below. There is a separate covered barbecue area and outdoor dining space for 10 guests.
