Casa Sefina is an exceptional 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa situated in the prestigious area of Quinta do Lago in the Algarve, Portugal. Upon entering Casa Sefina, you are immediately greeted with numerous staircases providing access to all areas of this beautifully designed villa. The bright and welcoming atmosphere extends throughout the entire property, creating an inviting environment for your Algarve getaway.
The lovely sitting room overlooks the pool, gardens and lounge terrace area, featuring 2 comfortable large sofas and an Italian wood coffee table. Entertainment is provided via a flat screen TV with Lazer cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, a DVD player and a music system with iPod dock. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space, which features a large Italian wooden table with seating for up to 10 people and 3 charming Vietnam pendant lamps. The dining area offers direct access to the barbecue terrace, gardens and pool, as well as the adjacent kitchen. A small office space is conveniently located next to the living area for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
The kitchen at Casa Sefina is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a separate large freezer and large fridge, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, large oven, an island with electric and gas hobs and extractor, plus a TV and direct access to the BBQ area. On the basement level, you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Casa Sefina offers 5 elegant bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests across the ground and first floors.
Bedroom 1 (Grey Room): This versatile bedroom can be configured as either twin or double beds (please advise your preference before arrival) and features a flat screen TV, separate dressing room and doors opening to a terrace overlooking the gardens.
Bedroom 2 (Light Pink Room): Also configurable as twin or double beds (please advise before arrival), this bedroom includes a flat screen TV and terrace with views over the gardens and pool.
Bedroom 3 (DKNY Master): This stunning master bedroom can be prepared as either twin or double configuration and features a fantastic DKNY headboard, a lovely chaise longue perfect for reading whilst overlooking the garden, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The room includes a Juliet balcony with garden and putting green views.
Bedroom 4 (Brown Room): This flexible room interconnects with the DKNY master suite but can also function as a separate bedroom. It features a pullout sofa bed and a nice wooden round table overlooking the private terrace and garden, making it ideal for anyone wishing to work comfortably on a laptop. The private terrace offers relaxed sofas and chairs where you can enjoy the sun whilst overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens.
Bedroom 5 (White Master): The principal master bedroom boasts a king size bed (1.80 x 2 metres) with a large wooden panel headboard. Amenities include a private dressing area, a Juliet balcony with admirable garden views, flat screen TV and music system.
Four of the five bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has an en suite with bath. Bedroom 2 offers an en suite with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 3 features an en suite with double basin and separate shower. Bedroom 4 shares the bathroom of Bedroom 3. Bedroom 5 has an en suite with separate shower overlooking fantastic country views. Additionally, there is a guest WC situated next to the living area and an extra shower room next to the TV room.
The cinema room features a small sofa bed suitable for 2 people to sleep, although there is no window in this room.
On the basement level, you will find a TV room equipped with smart TV, music system and PlayStation 3. The room includes a 3 seat sofa and 2 poufs, together with a coffee table. This space is ideal for children to enjoy gaming with the PlayStation or watching movies.
Casa Sefina features a very large and picturesque garden offering complete privacy, which also includes a small synthetic putting green. The outdoor area is equipped with a music system and 2 speakers in the covered BBQ zone.
The covered BBQ area features a gas barbecue and is surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere with transparent curtains, numerous candle lanterns, and 2 outdoor day beds positioned next to the pool. Sun beds are positioned on the terrace around the pool and on the lawn grass area, where you can relax and enjoy the sound of birds and ambient music. The 8 sun loungers together with the day beds provide comfortable seating for up to 11 people.
The swimming pool measures approximately 12 x 6 metres, with the shallowest area at 0.9m depth and the deepest area at 1.7m depth, making it suitable for both adults and children.
Garage: A garage with space for 2 vehicles is available for guests.
Climate Control: Air conditioning is installed in all bedrooms, the living room and dining room. Underfloor heating is available throughout except in the basement (for winter months only).
Technology: Wireless internet is available on the ground and first floors. Electric shutters throughout with central control switch.
Pool Towels: Provided for your convenience.
Maid service is included 3 days per week on weekdays, except bank holidays. Bed linen is changed every 7 nights and towels are changed twice per week.
Situated in an ideal position, Casa Sefina is within walking distance of Quinta Shopping and Burganvilia Plaza, where you will find an excellent range of restaurants, bars, shops, a disco, a supermarket and a pharmacy. You are also just 4.7km away from the beautiful golden sand beaches of Quinta do Lago.
