Overview

Casa Reneta is located in Quinta das Salinas, an exclusive, peaceful, and well-positioned area between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The villa is just a short distance from the ocean and within walking distance of Ancão Beach and the Ria Formosa, accessible via scenic wooden boardwalks.

A selection of restaurants and beach bars can be reached within a 15–20 minute walk, while Quinta Shopping—offering upscale dining, bars, and boutiques—is only a short drive away. For more active guests, the area provides watersports, renowned golf courses, and easy access to The Campus sports complex.

The villa is beautifully presented and fully equipped, featuring air conditioning throughout and underfloor heating for added comfort during cooler months.

Accommodation

Casa Reneta offers spacious, well-designed living areas across two floors.

On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living and dining area with two cream sofas, a flat-screen TV with Lazer channels, a fireplace, and patio doors leading to the terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso DeLonghi coffee machine, Bosch oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a range of small appliances, with direct access to the BBQ terrace.

A separate utility room provides additional convenience with a washing machine, dryer, sink, freezer, microwave, and drying area. A guest WC is also located on this level.

The first floor continues the sense of space and comfort, with access to private terraces and elevated views.

Bedrooms

Casa Reneta accommodates guests across four well-appointed bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Double or twin beds with an ensuite shower room

Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Twin beds with an ensuite bathroom and hand shower

Bedroom 3 (First Floor – Master): King-size bed, desk, two walk-in wardrobe areas, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to a private terrace

Bedroom 4 (First Floor): King-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to a private terrace

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.

Outside

The outdoor areas of Casa Reneta are designed for relaxation and entertaining.

A private, south-facing swimming pool (10m x 5m) with Roman steps is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. The al fresco dining area features a Hergom gas BBQ, sink, freezer, and a solid marble dining table for six. Additional outdoor seating includes a wicker sofa area and further sun loungers.

The spacious grounds are mainly laid to lawn and landscaped with mature palm trees, maritime pines, and bougainvillea. Guests can also enjoy a table tennis table for recreation.

Private parking is available on the driveway for up to three cars.
