Casa Marlita's ground floor compromises of a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the outdoor area. Outside, there is a swimming pool, a coal BBQ and an al fresco dining area where you can relax and enjoy the warm Algarvian days and nights.

Still on the ground floor there is a bright and comfortable living room with combined dining area and a bedroom with a separate shower room.

On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with Apple TV and a recently renovated en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, another bedroom with en-suite shower room and also a sun terrace where you can relax in the afternoon sunshine.

In the basement you can find small entertainement area with a mini fuseball table, a mini pool table, a dartboard and also 2 adult and 2 children bikes.  The villa has air conditioning throughout, except in the kitchen.
