Casa Estilo is a stunning six-bedroom modern villa located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago. Positioned on an incline, the property offers breathtaking views of the resort and is conveniently situated just 750m from the lake. This luxurious villa features top-notch amenities and spacious living areas, making it an ideal retreat for a memorable holiday.

Living Areas:

The villa spans three levels and boasts an array of amenities, including an alarm system, air conditioning, underfloor heating, integrated music system, and wireless internet throughout. The expansive living area features full-length windows that open onto a wrap-around terrace, providing panoramic views. Furnished with three comfortable sofas and a large TV with English-speaking channels and DVD, the living area is perfect for relaxation. The dining area, with a large table seating ten, complements the well-appointed modern kitchen equipped with double ovens, gas and electric hob, grill, American-style fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

The lower level of the villa hosts additional facilities, including a laundry room, double garage with extra fridges, shower room, Turkish bath (supplements apply), sauna, gym, indoor heated pool (included in rental rates), and a games room with table tennis and a football table. Full-length windows open out to the outdoor pool and garden area.

Bedrooms:

There are six bedrooms, all en suite and with TV's.
•Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room.

•Bedroom two is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and double sink.

• Bedroom three is a twin room with an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and access to the balcony.

•Bedroom four is also a twin room with an en suite shower room.

• Bedroom five is a twin bedroom with a balcony and en suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

• Bedroom six is the master bedroom which has walk-in wardrobes, a dressing area, en suite bathroom with two separate sinks, a bath and a walk-in shower. This room also has its own private terrace with sun loungers.

Outside:

The outdoor space features a sizable pool surrounded by paving and lawns, along with ample sun loungers for enjoying the Algarve sunshine. Ground floor terraces offer seating, a dining table, and a gas barbecue. Steps lead up to the pool area.

Location:

Casa Estilo is part of the upscale Encosta do Lago estate, within walking distance of Quinta do Lago lake, the Shack bar, the watersports center, and Casa do Lago restaurant. The beach is a 15-minute walk, while the Quinta shopping center's shops, bars, and cafes are a 5-minute drive away. The area is renowned for its excellent restaurants.

Maid service three times per week (excluding weekends and public holidays), linen changed once per week, and towels changed twice per week.
