Asana is a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Premier Villa set on a large, beautifully landscaped plot in Quinta do Lago, the Algarve. The villa is within walking distance of the lake, local restaurants and the beach, making it an ideal base for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and convenience.

Accommodation

On the ground floor a generous entrance hall leads to a comfortable sitting room that opens onto a covered terrace with views over the private swimming pool. The sitting room features a fireplace, a smart TV with Laser (Sky channels) and a DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen is located to the left of the hallway and includes a toaster, blender, kettle, filter coffee machine, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American style fridge freezer and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The dining area opens onto the covered terrace for easy indoor outdoor living.

Bedrooms

The ground floor sleeping area is on the right of the hallway. A few steps lead to a double bedroom with dressing area and en suite bathroom with bath; this room opens to the garden. There is also a twin bedroom with a small TV and a nearby shower bathroom.

Stairs rise to the first floor where a landing sitting area with TV and DVD offers a quiet retreat. The master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bath. A large terrace overlooks the pool and has a table with seating for 4. A short flight of steps leads to the fourth bedroom which has a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and bath and a small terrace with a table and 2 chairs.

Outside

The covered terrace beside the living room provides sofa seating and a dining table for 8. Two steps lead down to the rectangular pool, approximately 5 x 9 metres. The shallow end is 1.6 m and the deep end is 2 m. Pool heating is available for a supplement. Sun loungers are provided and there is a gas BBQ area under a pergola. Access is via an electric gate to a driveway with ample parking.

Practical information

The villa is fully air conditioned and also has central heating for cooler days. The price includes free WiFi, air conditioning and pool towels. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
