The sunny balcony, accessible from the mezzanine, offers views of the manicured gardens and pool. The unique eco-friendly Cool-House climate control system ensures comfort during hot summer days and provides heating during the cold winter months.

Nearby golf courses, including Boavista, Espiche, and Parque da Floresta, are easily accessible with a short drive.
