Overview of the property

Set in large private grounds, Quinta Killara is surrounded by tropical gardens and offers a full size tennis court and a large swimming pool with a diving board. The pool can be heated by prior arrangement. Terraces are furnished with comfortable seating and a large table for eating al fresco, and a gas barbecue is provided for outdoor dining. Housekeeping staff live in a separate cottage on the grounds; they will welcome you on arrival, carry bags and be available to assist while respecting your privacy.

Property layout

The villa is approached up a private drive past the tennis court and pool. The front door opens into a spacious sitting room with ample sofas, an area rug, a large open fireplace and a comprehensive TV and audio system. Sliding doors open onto the main terrace with uninterrupted views over Praia da Luz to the sea.

The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped to cater for large parties and connects to a separate dining room with seating for up to 12 guests. The kitchen opens on to a terrace furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation and includes a gas barbecue.

Sleeping arrangements are arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there are 3 twin rooms, 2 of which have en suite facilities, and all have direct access to the terrace and gardens. A sweeping staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite facilities and private verandas with lovely views over the village and out to sea. The villa is completely private and is ideal for families or groups seeking a restful break in the Algarve.
