Overview

Quinta Killara is a five bedroom Premier Villa with beautiful gardens, nestled in the hillside above the picturesque village of Praia da Luz, part of western Algarve. The villa has large private grounds with wonderful tropical gardens, tennis court and swimming pool, yet is situated just a short walk from Praia da Luz centre and enjoys lovely sea views.

Accommodation

The villa is approached up a long private drive, past the tennis court and swimming pool. The front door opens onto spacious sitting room with lots of comfortable sofas and an arreolas carpet covering the floor. There is a large open fireplace and a comprehensive tv/audio system. Sliding doors open onto the terrace with amazing uninterrupted views over Luz to the sea.

The kitchen has been recently renovated and has all the necessary equipment to cater for large parties. Separate dining room with seating for up to 12 guests. The kitchen gives access to the terrace which is furnished with comfortable chairs, large table for eating al fresco and gas barbeque.

Bedrooms:

Quinta Killara comprises three twin rooms downstairs, two with en suites and all with access out to the terrace and gardens. A sweeping staircase rises to the first floor where there are a further two double bedrooms both with en suite facilities and private verandas with lovely views over the village and out to sea.

Outside

The grounds really are beautiful and are home to a full size tennis court and large pool with a diving board at one end. There are plenty of sun loungers, outdoor sofas and tables and chairs for dining al fresco. The pool can be heated by prior arrangement.

The housekeeping staff live within the villa grounds in a separate cottage and will be there to greet and carry bags. They will be on hand to help in any way whilst respecting your privacy at all other times.

The villa is completely private with lovely sea views and is just a 10 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants of Praia da Luz, making it the perfect choice for families or large parties looking to enjoy a restful break in one of the Algarve’s favoured locations.

We do require a damage deposit of £750.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.

I can certainly recommend it as a beautifully set and well equipped villa with stunning grounds leading to a huge pool. Attractively tiled, large terrace area for outdoor eating and barbecue. Added bonus of a hard tennis court.
