From the good sized balcony overlooking the rocky part of the beach and promenade lined with palm trees, there are wonderful views to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras) and out to open sea. As the property overlooks the Atlantic there is nearly always a perpetual breeze.

Ground floor accommodation, with approximately 11 steps leading down to the front door, then hallway.

This ground floor accommodation has a spacious hallway that leads to all rooms. There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes,  serviced by a full bathroom off the hallway. 

The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a superb well appointed shower room en-suite.  Patio doors open onto ground floor patio area. 

NB* Since the time of the photos being taken the twin beds showing in the master bedroom photo have now been replaced by a King size bed.

These two bedrooms open up to a north facing patio.

From the superb kitchen with full cooker, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual utensils, there are views to the sea; one can stand at the hob and look out to sea! 

The large lounge/dining room has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs for 4+ people, internet driven TV with a range of channels.  Air conditioning /heater.  From here, patio doors also lead onto the outside patio and pool area overlooking the sea -ideal for alfresco dining or that well-earned drink.  An assortment of outside furniture is provided for al-fresco dining and sunbathing.  There is also a log burner making it suitable for winter rents.   

The accommodation offers a fantastic plunge pool (approx. 3.5m x 2.5m x 1.4 deep – shallow part 80cm) to cool down in, and with the beach and its attractions being 'on the doorstep', it has proven to be an excellent choice for both families and couples alike.  WIFI included.  The main bedroom has air conditioning unit (heating also)
