The ground floor comprises 2 self-contained apartments, each featuring 2 bedrooms (please note the rooms with single beds are interior bedrooms without windows). Each apartment includes an open plan kitchen and living room with sofa bed, TV with 4 national channels, and a private bathroom, providing flexible accommodation options for larger groups.

First Floor Living Spaces

The first floor serves as the main entertaining hub of Villa Luisa. Here you will find a spacious living room complete with a full-size snooker table, satellite television, feature fireplace, stereo system and comfortable dining area. The bar counter with seating provides an additional social space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, juicer, blender, toaster and coffee machine. A separate laundry room contains washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

This floor also houses 1 double bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one guest WC). Step out onto the balcony with outdoor furniture and take the access stairs down to the pool area and gardens.
