Villa Delta

Overview

Delta is a spacious Premier Villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining and living room and a private enclosed plot with swimming pool.
The villa is set in a relaxed countryside area in Loule, part of central Algarve – Portugal. This really is the perfect place to enjoy the Sunny Algarve, in a fully equipped villa providing a comfortable stay.

Accommodation

The house is well lit with natural light and the bedrooms are organized as follows:
Ground Floor – bedroom with a double bed;
Ground Floor – bathroom with shower;
Ground Floor – bedroom with a double bed;
Ground Floor – bathroom with shower;
Ground Floor – mezzanine with a double sofa bed;
The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but the house is usually very fresh given the thick walls. Fans are provided.

The villa has a fully equipped and organized kitchen close to the dining area where you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends
There is one dining area and one living room with a 3-seater-sofa and 2 individual sofas and a TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi in all the areas.

Outside

The exterior of the villa is very wide and private. On one side you have a swimming pool with standard dimensions of approximately 9 meters long by 4 meters wide, varying between 1 and 2 meters deep.
In the pool area you have 5 sun loungers to enjoy the Algarve sun.
On the other side you have a very nice dining area with table and some outdoor furniture in a shaded space and with a magnificent view towards the coast and the sea.
