The villa boasts a very large living and dining room that opens directly onto a dining terrace with stunning views over the pool and garden. Multiple terraces throughout the property offer various seating options, from intimate small tables to spacious dining areas, comfortable lounge seating, and occasional chairs for relaxation. A gas barbecue is provided for outdoor dining, whilst the pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols for soaking up the Algarve sunshine.

Kitchen and Utilities

The well equipped kitchen is designed for large group catering and includes 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, a large electric oven, and a gas top range. The separate laundry room features 2 washing machines for added convenience during your stay.

Bedroom Configuration and Bathrooms

The main house features 5 bedrooms, all air conditioned with beautiful ocean views and doors leading to a terrace. There are 2 twin rooms with en suite baths and showers, one of which includes a safe for valuables. A further twin bedroom is serviced by a bathroom off the hallway. The most spacious bedroom offers a king sized bed that can be separated into twins, includes a safe, and is serviced by a shower room accessed from the hallway. Additionally, there is a small single bedroom with air conditioning next to the spacious bedroom.

Adjoining Cottage for Additional Guests

An adjoining cottage can accommodate up to 4 additional people at an extra cost, bringing the total occupancy to 13 guests. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms share a bathroom, and there is a small kitchenette and a terrace. Please note that only the double bedroom has air conditioning and the cottage can only be reserved for additional guests and cannot be rented separately.

Ample parking is available outside, with space for vehicles in 2 car parks.

Location and Local Area

The historic seafaring town of Lagos, at the heart of the Western Algarve, is sheltered by the Ponta da Piedade with its stunning rock formations and hidden caves, best explored by boat trip or coastal cliff walk. From here, Portugal's famous explorers set sail during the great age of discoveries. Today, Lagos is a lively and bustling town with an award winning marina, many cafes, unique shops, bars, and superb quality restaurants, yet it retains the gentle atmosphere characteristic of Portugal, offering a delightful insight into Portuguese life.

Meia Praia Beach

Meia Praia beach is the largest beach in the Lagos region, with a 4km stretch of golden sand from Lagos Marina on the western side to the Odiáxere River mouth on the eastern side. Unlike other extensively developed tourist areas in the Algarve, Meia Praia maintains a low key atmosphere with lovely beach cafes and restaurants along the edge. The western end is supervised by lifeguards during the summer, and beach loungers and parasols can be hired for the day. The area is popular for water sports, including windsurfing, kite surfing, and jet skiing, with equipment rental and lessons available.
