Villa Monte Maria

Overview

Villa Monte Maria is situated in a private residential area just a 15 minute walk from the centre of the popular holiday destination of Carvoeiro. There is a choice of beaches just a short drive from the villa, together with a vast selection of bars, restaurants and clubs in Carvoeiro itself. Main shopping is at a large supermarket just outside the town. Golfers can play at two 18-hole courses - Pinta and Gramacho, both only a short drive from the villa.

Accommodation

Occupying a plot of about a quarter of an acre, with a large lawned area and gardens and private pool. The villa accommodation is arranged on two levels:

Ground floor:

• Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the terraces.
• Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the terraces.
• Utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
• Kitchen/dining room with microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
• Spacious living room with French doors to the terrace.

First floor:

• Master bedroom suite with double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and sperate shower, TV and terrace with sea view.
• Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower & bath), terrace with sea view.

Outside

• The villa has an upper terrace with shade for dining with a barbecue.
• Gated steps lead down to the pool terrace and garden which has plenty of room for children to play or for you to just to relax in the space the garden offers.
