The Pestana resort is located 5 minutes' drive from the popular town of Carvoeiro, which has become one of the Algarve's most sought after family resorts, with its dramatic sandstone cliffs, an array of attractive beaches, and gently rolling landscapes.

The resort centres on the Gramacho and Pinta golf courses, where our guests will become temporary members and benefit from discounted green fees. Both courses are blended into the undulating landscape, highlighting its natural beauty, and weaving the fairways around the ancient olive trees, many of which are over 600 years old. 

Also available to guests on site are two restaurants / bars,  a supermarket, tennis court, football court, a bowling green, a David Leadbetter Golf Academy, and SPA facilities (indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath).

Outside the resort, nearby Carvoeiro is famous for its selection of restaurants and other nightlife. For the younger holidaymakers, the Slide and Splash water park is only a two minute drive from the Pestana resort. Beaches are within easy reach of the resort, with a coast line with over 100 miles of sandy beaches, dunes and surf to discover.

The villas that we promote are located on the Gramacho Golf Course area of the resort, aside from the five bed properties that are located in Vale da Pinta.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available in the form of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas, which are set in carefully maintained gardens. These well appointed and stylish homes are fitted to the highest standards to meet those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a pleasant atmosphere. All with spacious living areas, complete bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, all rooms with heating, telephone, safe, satellite TV, hairdryer and swimming pool (communal pool for the apartments & private pool for villas). The PGA Golf professionals will design a programme that will be based upon your individual wants and needs. From private lessons to golf schools our experienced golf teaching professionals will ensure that your time at Pestana is both rewarding and fun

Pestana Golf driving range - The Pestana Golf Driving range is the perfect place to practice your game! With protected covered bays, not even the hot summer will affect the golfers ambition to improve their swing. In addition to 8 to target greens and a chipping area, several bunkers and a huge putting green complete the facilities

Pestana Golf Pro-Shop - Pestana Golf Shops are stocked with the greatest names in golf equipment and apparel, all at competitive prices. Professional and knowledgeable staff will assist you finding what you are looking for, whether is clothing, accessories or club hire.

Tennis Courts - Pestana Golf Resorts facilities include 2 tennis courts with synthetic surface located along the 18th fairway of Gramacho Golf Course. The ideal setting to enjoy pleasant moments for those who love this sport.

Restaurants & Bars - Pestana Golf Resort has two Restaurants where visitors and guests can enjoy from a simple snack or light meal to a sophisticated dinner. Both enjoy beautiful outdoor terraces overlooking the golf courses. The Restaurants are located at Vale da Pinta and Gramacho Clubhouses. During the summer time season the Resort organizes theme party dinners and BBQ.

Indoor Swimming Pool - Located at the Gramacho Clubhouse. Heated all year allowing the guests to enjoy it no matter the weather conditions.
