Overview

Casa Mourana is a 7 bedroom Premier Villa located in Carvoeiro, part of the west Algarve, Portugal. This wonderful villa now has the option to rent a brand new additional apartment attached to the villa, allowing up to 16 guests in total, perfect for additional family members or an au pair.

This magnificent, imposing Moorish-style villa is situated in a residential area just outside Carvoeiro and is only about 800 metres from the beach. Casa Mourana has its own beautiful swimming pool with children's pool (please note that this does not have jets/bubbles and is the same temperature as the main pool) and a private tennis court. There is a further choice of beaches just a short drive away, together with a vast selection of bars, restaurants and clubs in Carvoeiro itself. Main shopping is at a large supermarket just outside the town. Golfers can play at two 18-hole courses, Pinta and Gramacho, both only a short drive from the villa.

The villa accommodation is arranged on two levels:

Ground Floor

• Spacious living area with French doors to the pool terraces with free to air Satellite TV and DVD/CD player
• Dining room with sliding glass windows on two sides allowing it to also become an outside dining area
• Kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, double sized fridge/freezer

• Also a new large basement has been added with a cinema room and a pool table. There is a terrace with lemon trees in front of the basement and an outdoor table tennis table. A perfect space for older children and teenages.

• Magnificent gardens surround the large swimming pool which has refurbished pool heating to provide consistent heat.
• Private Tennis court (equipment NOT supplied)
• New pergola to provide shade as well as sun terraces with barbecues available and views to the second fairway.
