Please note that while the villa offers stunning panoramic sea views from its hillside location, the neighborhood is still developing, with ongoing construction nearby.

A short stroll leads to a secluded sandy beach and a beach bar/restaurant. Nearby, discover charming fishing villages of Burgau and Salema with excellent dining options and pristine beaches. Lagos, just 15 minutes away, offers vibrant bars, restaurants, a new marina, and picturesque coves. Parque da Floresta, only a 5-minute drive (fees apply), provides tennis, bowling, spa, gym, and discounted green fees. Additionally, there's a golf academy, clubhouse with restaurants, kids' club, and football academy. The west coast for surfing is just a 20-minute drive.
