Air conditioning is provided in the living room and select bedrooms for maximum comfort during warm Algarve summers.

The property includes an autonomous entrance small house with a pool table, perfect for entertainment. Additional indoor games can be found on the mezzanine above the living room, providing excellent entertainment space for younger guests. The covered outdoor annexe features a second kitchen and BBQ area, ideal for alfresco dining and family gatherings.

Please note the annexe is attached to the main villa and accessed via the main property, with no separate entrance.

Outdoor Facilities and Swimming Pool

The villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring approximately 9 metres in length by 4 metres wide. Water depth ranges from 1 metre at the steps to 1.90 metres at the deepest end. The pool features an alcove with submerged bench, providing a refreshing spot for sunny Algarve days.

The grassed garden area includes a swing set and outdoor toys shaded by palm trees, creating an ideal play space for children. 10 sun loungers are positioned around the pool for relaxation. Additional outdoor entertainment includes table football and table tennis. The brand new covered outdoor annexe with modern kitchen is perfect for summer BBQs and outdoor dining, whilst comfortable outdoor furniture creates relaxing spaces throughout the garden.
