Direct Beach Access and Spectacular Coastal Position

A flower and plant covered driveway leads guests to the beautiful Villa Edla. The villa shares its electric gates with another property Villa Ora, but is otherwise completely private.

The villa boasts an unrivalled position on the cliffs above Praia da Oura beach. Direct beach access is available from the villa's garden via steep stairs. Please note that access to this beach can be difficult for those with poor mobility. Nearby St Eulalia beach, which is a short drive away, offers better accessibility.

The views from Villa Edla are truly breath taking. Multiple rooms feature stunning sea views including the living room, the large terrace and garden areas. Opening the patio doors allows guests to enjoy the gentle sea breeze and the soothing sound of waves below.

Spacious Living Areas with Sea Views

The stylish and comfortable living room seats 12 guests on modern light coloured furniture and provides direct access to the spacious terrace with fantastic views of the sea and coast. A separate home cinema room features DVD player and surround sound system for entertainment.

From the lounge, an archway leads to the modern open plan kitchen with large breakfast bar and granite worktops. The kitchen is excellently equipped with electric cooker, hob and microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The adjacent dining area features a large table with seating for 10 guests. There is a second simpler kitchen on the pool level for added convenience.

Villa Edla is arranged over 2 floors with entrance on the upper floor and the lower floor leading out to the pool and terraces. Spiral stairs connect the two levels. All 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor (pool level) and feature windows opening onto the garden and pool area.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with 2 single beds (2 x 0.9m) and ensuite bathroom with bath

Outdoor Terraces, Pool and Garden with Coastal Views

The outdoor spaces at Villa Edla are designed to maximise the spectacular coastal views. On the living room level is a wide terrace with separate dining table and built in charcoal barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining.

The pool measures approximately 5m x 3m and is kidney shaped with ladder access and an integrated jacuzzi. The garden features lawn areas, flowers and shrubs. A steep path leads down to the beach directly from the garden. Due to the layout of the garden and clifftop position, small children should be supervised at all times in the outdoor areas. Whilst the garden is not large, the superb location and views more than compensate.

Gym, Sauna and Turkish Bath

The gym room is equipped with cycle machine, treadmill, sauna and Turkish bath (hammam), providing excellent wellness facilities for guests.

Prime Location Near Santa Eulalia and Areias de São João

Despite its private clifftop position, Villa Edla is just a short walk from Santa Eulalia with its variety of restaurants and bars. Some of these are visible from parts of the garden, whilst other areas offer complete privacy. The popular Areias de São João is also nearby, making this an excellent choice for groups with teenagers.

An additional annex is available on request at extra cost to accommodate 4 additional people.
