Villa Azure is a Premier 2 bedroom villa located in Guia, part of the central Algarve, Portugal.

This attractive modern property is located in the well-known Quinta dos Alamos estate just outside the popular town of Guia near Albufeira. All on one level, Villa Azure offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, with a large private swimming pool and private garden with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Ideally located with easy access to the whole of the Algarve, this premier villa is situated near Guia, which has become famous in recent years for its excellent selection of restaurants, and is particularly renowned for specialising in "Chicken Piri Piri", the traditional Algarvean spicy chicken cooked over a charcoal grill - delicious! Other local amenities include a supermarket, butcher's shop, chemist, post office and health centre. The nearest golf course to the villa is the challenging Salgados course, which is about two miles away, and there is an excellent selection of beaches within a ten-minute drive of the property, such as Coelha, Castelo, Gale and Sao Rafael. The popular and vibrant town of Albufeira is approximately five kilometres from the villa. Here you will find an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and entertainment to complete your holiday enjoyment.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

An attractive lounge and dining room combined, equipped with television, and music system
Double Bedroom, which opens directly to the attractive gardens and terraces around the pool

Bathroom
Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.

Outside

The villa benefits from attractive mature gardens and terraces, which surround the wedge shaped 10 x 5m swimming pool.
There is an integral barbecue that allows you to enjoy the excellent Algarve climate whilst enjoying those leisurely al-fresco meals.

We do require a damage deposit of £280.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
