We do require a damage deposit on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.

Pool Water Temperature

Between May and October, this service can only be guaranteed if reserved/requested with a minimum of 48 hours in advance (maximum reached temperature: 28°C);

Between November and April, this service can only be guaranteed if reserved/requested with a minimum of 72 hours in advance (maximum reached temperature: 25°C)

Please note that, according to weather conditions, during the night and during the morning, the water temperature may decrease and that the pool is progressively heated throughout the day.
