On the ground floor, Villa Mare Alta offers a bright and spacious living area complete with comfortable seating, TV, dining space, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and central heating—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the coast. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from light breakfasts to family meals, while still keeping you connected to the social space. This level also includes a communal shower room and a double en-suite bedroom with a bathtub, perfect for guests seeking convenience and minimal stairs.

Bedrooms

Villa Mare Alta comfortably accommodates larger groups across four bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is one double en-suite bedroom. Upstairs, the first floor features an additional double en-suite bedroom, along with two further bedrooms, each with three single beds.
