Villa Gianna

Overview

Villa Gianna is surrounded by olive groves, hazelnut trees and views of the valley. The location of this villa is peaceful and serene with beautiful grounds where guests can enjoy the nature of the area as well as the modern comforts of home. 

The large swimming pool (6m x 12m x 1.40m) is lovely for a summer day's lounging . The patio, cool and ventilated, is the ideal place for enjoying a meal or simply sip a glass of wine at sunset. The large Jacuzzi located inside the villa annex is designed with wooden-beamed ceilings and wide windows to enjoy the stunning views.

Accommodation

Villa Gianna is a lovely family home and is furnished with antique furniture and modern design pieces. There is an under floor heating and cooling system which is adjustable by floor and wifi connection throughout the whole house.

The villa boasts 9 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and consists of a ground floor, mezzanine floor, the first floor and a separate annex.

Ground floor:

The main hall has a fire place, a central arch and beamed ceilings. There is a dining room for 20 people and a fully equipped kitchen.

Mezzanine floor:

You will find the laundry room and 2 double bedrooms (one of which has access to the outside of the villa) with private bathrooms with showers.

First Floor:

5 double bedrooms with bathrooms with showers, 2 of these bedrooms are 'suites' (canopy beds with an additional bed). 2 of the rooms have private access to the garden. Some bedrooms can be converted to twin beds on request.

Ground floor annex / 'Depandance':

The annex is located next door to the main villa and has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
