Tenuta Campana is a charming, medieval country estate of 1050 hectares located in the middle of the Crete Senesi, a wonderful area South of Siena, characterized by its hilly yellow/red terrain which is typical of this area. The countryside is enriched by woods, cultivated fields and deep gorges that make the scenery unique. The country estate 'Campana' is composed of several buildings of historical and artistic importance. The 9 apartments are situated close by in two separate buildings. All the apartments have been carefully renovated with exposed-beams ceilings and terra cotta floors; they are furnished with antique furniture which makes them especially charming. At the guests disposal a private swimming pool (6x12m - 1.10/1.90m deep). The guests can also use the tennis court and all the facilities.

Sleeps 6 - 124 sqms. It's on two floors. On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen corner and a washroom; on the first floor: one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and two shower rooms.

We do require a damage deposit on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.

All prices are per night for the apartment only and it is booked between 3:30pm and 7:00pm pm on your arrival day to 10:00am on your departure day. Please note that availability shown is subject to confirmation - please call our reservations team.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL

Price includes: heating, air conditioning, linen for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms (weekly change), common barbecue area, free Wi-fi, parking area (partially covered), bicycles and "bike room" for recovery, swimming pool area equipped with sun beds and parasols, pool towels upon request, tennis court, equipped table tennis table, laundry area with washing machines and dryers, highchairs, fans, wood burning fire places (wood is free of charge).

Price doesn’t include: city tax to be paid onsite, 1€ per day per adult (older than 12 years). Pets are welcome but this should be communicated before arrival and the extra cleaning costs 25€ per pet. Final cleaning costs are not included and will be paid extra - the cost is 85€. Baby cot available for an additional cost of 25€ (regardless of the numbers of nights of your stay). Extra bed for a cost of 25€ per night. Extra cleaning during the week for a cost of 19€/h.
