OVERVIEW

Villa Giovanna is a beautiful stone building with a private pool in the heart of the land of the Etruscans and only a few km from the sea and from famous towns, like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and S. Gimignano.

The villa’s location offers magnificient views from the pool and from the patio and all the rooms on the ground floor lead out onto the garden which surrounds the house. There are two private parking areas, two dining areas with large tables, stone BBQ, a spelndid infinity pool: everything in fact to enable you to spend relaxed evenings with friends, perhaps with a Florentine steak and a glass of good Tuscan red wine.

The location of the villa grants convenient access to the local wellness center and natural spas, situated in the Montescudaio DOC area, at the edge of the Terratico of Bibbona and only 15 km from the town of Bolgheri and its world famous vineyards which produce the Supertuscan wines (Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Masseto etc)

The interior of the villa boasts arches, vaulted ceilings and a neutral colour palette which renders the home warm, cosy and welcoming.

The villa has a total of 9 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two are on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden and the other seven are on the first floor.
One of the bedrooms has a private lounge with the possibility of another 2 beds. All the bedrooms offer air conditioning.
