OVERVIEW

Amongst the green hills of Montecatini Terme, a city famous for its thermal waters and famous visitors, Villa Marsia is an antique 18th century villa which has been completely restored internally and has been furnished with all modern comforts. 

The villa has its own private park with swimming pool (9x4x1.5), olive groves and cypress trees, and a magnificent view of the villages of Montecatini Alto and of Montecatini Terme.

Villa Marsia is in an ideal location to visit numerous places of interest, from the beaches of Versilia to the cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena and Luca, as well as the numerous vineyards of the area for wine tastings. The exterior of the villa looks like an antique Tuscan farmhouse, facing South and consequently always sunny.

The location of Villa Marsia is covenient for local amenities: supermarket, elegant boutiques, restaurants and wine cellars are just minutes away, as well as swimming pools, thermal facilities, golf courses, tennis courts, riding stables, lakes for sport fishing, cycling or jogging and trekking. 

ACCOMMODATION

The interior has been restored and the spacious areas are comfortable and relaxing.

There is a large dining room and a kitchen with fireplace with doors to the park.

The lounge area, with its large windows, looks out over the valley.

The villa boasts a private pool (open from April to October). It has Wi-Fi inside and out, satellite TV, billiard table, ping pong, alarm system, washing machine and dryer.

Ground Floor:

Entrance and sitting room, kitchen and dining room, laundry plus a double bedroom (can be changed to twin beds if required) and a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with a bathroom with shower.

First Floor:

Lounge room with a divan bed, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, double bedroom with twin beds if required, a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with shower and tub.
