Accommodation
On the ground floor the kitchen is well equipped with all you may need with a large double marble sink, professional stove with two ovens and a large fridge as well as home comforts such as a dishwasher and coffee machines.
To one side of the spacious lounge/dining room is a large 18th century dining table with 8 chairs and 2 armchairs, the lounge area boasts 2 large armchairs and 2 large triple divans. Antique paintings, lamps and Persian carpets complete the furnishings and double doors lead out onto the garden.
Objects d’art and persian rugs can be found throughout the villa all having been meticulously chosen to showcase the history of the area and country.
Bedrooms
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with french doors leading out onto a verandah. There is a bathroom with shower located just across the hallway.
On the first floor the 30sqm master bedroom boasts a king size brass bed with windows opening up to lovely views over the Southern valley and up to Monsummano Alto which is illuminated at night. The ensuite shower room boasts a turkish bath with jacuzzi shower.
There are two further bedrooms on this floor; one double and one twin room which share a bathroom.
Outside
There is a covered lounge area with outdoor sofas and table for enjoying those warm summer days and balmy evenings spent with a crisp glass of wine.
There are plenty of different areas around the villa and surrounding gardens where you can find the perfect space to enjoy some alfresco dining or relaxation.
Villa Angelo looks out over typical Tuscan countryside – hills and olive groves, woods of chestnut and oak trees – all immersed in peace and tranquility.
The Surrounding Area
The property is in an area called the Valdinevole, not yet ruined by mass tourism, and is characteristic of what you would expect from the Tuscan countryside.
The villa is ideally located away from the chaos of the cities but within easy access to many Tuscan landmarks.

Pisa and Florence 50 minutes away by train.
Monsummano Terme is loacted 2km and is the nearest town where you will find all the necesary shops and amenities.
Places of interest
Within 15-20 mins by car there are many places of interest to visit – the Giusti Grottos with their hot thermal baths, the Monsummano quarries, the Pistoia hills and mountains (skiing in the Winter), the Svizzera Pesciatina, innumerable Romanic churches, the Fucecchio swamplands (of great interest for the local flora and fauna) and many small typical Tuscan villages, like Montevettolini, Larciano, Lamporecchio, Vinci (where Leonardo was born), Montecatini Alto, Montecarlo to name a few.
