Adjacent to the main villa is an independent cottage, originally the barn, which has been beautifully converted into self contained accommodation. The cottage includes a lounge with fireplace, divans and television, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

The cottage benefits from a large covered loggia and private garden area with direct access to the swimming pool. Please note the cottage can only be rented in conjunction with the main villa, making Villa Flavia perfect for larger groups of up to 20 guests.
